★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the staff, been someone different almost each visit. They have all been very nice, and helpful. The prices are great, cheaper than Sessions and they price match. However every visit accept the first one had to deal with issues, when picking up or paying, order to sent to wrong store once, didn't have what I ordered once, and today...., I get there, my order is ready and they look a receipt bring me the debit machine and nothing, when they go back to them computer my order send to be gone, but the receipt is right there! The staff were great though, super sorry and have me gifts and 10% of my order, great customer service, but l was still 15- 20 min late to pickup my mom, after waiting there for 25-30 min.... Because of the great group they have there I'm still going to shop there, for now, will post otherwise.

From conversations with the staff I get the notion that the business cares about training and staff welfare. I prefer 420Love based on their vibe, commitment to customer service, and providing what appears to be a healthy work environment.
...there are so many weed shops now with essentially the same product selection...I can spend my money anywhere...but I choose to shop at 420Love to support a local business that is providing a happy and healthy workplace for people in the community.

I was refused a free tshirt and told there were no more available after taking a second look to see 10+ shirts on the front desk in front of her face. I was lied to and felt unwelcome.I live 5 minutes away and will now trip 20* minutes to get my supply. I will never return to this store.
AND none of the staff were wearing masks and was told upon entering i did not have to wear my mask as the lady in front of me was not wearing one either.

because most of the other employees are really nice.

Cons: The last several times I’ve come in, most staff aren’t wearing masks. Especially during the current variant surge, this feels so disrespectful to customers and their health… doubly so given staff are working with edible products. I’ve enjoyed this store in the past, but don’t feel I can support a location that is so lax about public health and safety standards.
Edit after the company’s response:
This is a bad way to respond to legitimate criticism. Business owners should be able to handle a negative Google review before *checks notes* implying that a customer concerned about significant numbers of unmasked staff working front of house has a problem with “employees [sic] medical issues.” There are so many leaps in the response I don’t know where to begin. Definitely not returning now.
