I came in the atore in the end of the day to return some items. Only one cashier was working; one customer had an issue with returning, 4 other were patiently waiting for more than 5 minutes, and, although, staff was numerous, nobody came to help!
Unpleasant view of dusty glass shelves didn't give you nice impressions of the store as well.
Return policy is ridiculous and doesn't help to bring new customers
Very disappointed how impressive famous trademark has stores like this one

First, I have to say that they had a lot of items.
However, the staff was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, especially the CASHIERS??
I had, what I felt were basic questions, but no one had answers. It seems NO ONE knew what promotions were going on AND while they gave 1 promotion to a customer in front of ME, they wouldn’t given me the same promotion because with the other “customer, it was a misunderstanding”. So, it’s nice to know NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED EQUALLY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store with a friend who was a repeat customer. Very impressive selection which included yoga and sleepwear as well as health and beauty products for pampering the skin. Plenty of helpful knowledgeable staff. Great selection of sizes. Staff are experienced in sizing bras properly. Clean, organized and well-stocked.

I don't know why but sometimes I feel so awkward going into a place like that but the staff really made me feel welcome as I was looking for certain items for my wife. Did you know that they also offer a great selection of fragrances and candles. That's what I was in for the candle that I purchased was amazing the scent fills up the room quickly and lasts quite a long time. Great quality. I also recommend the tease products and the lotion was really quite good my wife likes it
