Very disappointed in their service. I feel I was scammed by Sephora.

The artists name was Bruno and he is SO good at what he does . I don’t really know how to do makeup for occasions or for a fancier event ! Bruno made me feel very pretty and confident ! He was also super nice , professional and took the time to explain all the steps and the makeup he was using on my skin type. So talented and he deserves a raise !!

No one acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store except 1 young lady as I was leaving she saw I was still looking at around a bit. 1 girl said hi to a coworker as she came in and literally just looked at me didn't greet me as well. I had a long list of things I wanted to purchase and decided only to get 2 essentials and call it a day.
B	Brianna Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Sephora wanting to try a new foundation. when I was talking to the girl, I told her how I wanted to try this one brand cause I knew it was good for sensitive skin. But she told me “no that’s not okay for sensitive skin, you have to get this brand”. The brand she referred me to was the Sephora brand. I kept telling her that I was more set on the brand I had in mind but she kind of forced me to buy the Sephora foundation. She also matched my skin for a concealer and the concealer she grabbed was also by Sephora. I went home, tried on all my new makeup and I broke out into a rash on my face. I went back to Sephora and explained to a new worker of what happened earlier that day. And he told me that the girl who helped me out was the Sephora brand ambassador and that’s why she wouldn’t let me use any other product. The second employee that I talked to was so much help and he was super kind. He asked me what type of skin I have, what my undertones were and also if I had oily or dry skin and he gave me many different options (all within my price range). When I went home and tried out all my new products, they worked perfectly!!!

The artist's name was Anthony and he was fantastic. I would highly recommend him for any event you need to go to. He was super nice, knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all the steps and the makeup he was using. I looked and felt amazing! I had so many compliments at the wedding. Ask for Anthony if you are having your makeup done at the Sephora in the Mapleview shopping center!
