staff wwas super friendly and bothered to r - surface my disc before my eyes. Coolest place I've seen in a VERY long time- couldn't recommend it higher!!!

The other day, I purchased 5 records, but one of them was faulty (though, the store was not to blame for that; it was an issue caused by poor manufacturing). When I called The Beat Goes On to inform them, Stephanie wasted no time in getting me a replacement record with no additional charges!
