We were looking at the Warhammer demos where you can learn how to paint and a worker there by the name of Collin was very helpful and helped us out he showed us the basics of painting, which paints were good to use and when to use them, and he even showed some other techniques. Overall our visit was amazing and I would recommend this store to anybody

They always have tons of products in stock, and they're always available with expert advice for all your questions. The manager Tim is a great guy who knows his stuff and always makes time to help out everyone in the store.

There is a solid amount of product with a very decent and inspiring display case that typically features new releases and specialty models. The clerk has been very helpful and kind, having friendly conversations with browsing customers and never putting on sales pressure or tactics. In fact, this may be the best part of the shopping experience as you don't feel pressured to purchase anything and can browse or purchase at will. Location is decent and I've heard they run games nights until 9pm several nights a week.

I have come to learn he is the manager from the countless glowing reviews I read and I agree with their high opinion of him. The store is sectioned off, not allowing general browsing due to the ongoing pandemic. While this was disappointing I totally understand and appreciate GWs efforts to keep its customers and employees safe. Despite the precautions and access limitations I was given excellent help and advice on my purchases. I asked for a particular citadel paint that was no longer available and I was given a bottle out of Tim's personal collection. No charge! I highly recommend this great store and it's manager Tim. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

While browsing their Citadel paints I not only received great advice and tips, but also got to see that every customer that came in was greeted warmly. On my most recent visit a couple of customers were painting figures in store and both received encouragement and heartfelt enthusiasm from the staff. I will absolutely be back in the future

I was amazed walking in the door with the great selection, well organized store, and friendly staff. Talked about how I was brand new to the game and he helped me pick out something to get started and gave me some information on how to get started. Also offered to be available for any future questions I would have. Picked up a recruit box and a box of skitarii. Even got a couple freebies with this small purchase, a exclusive Warhammer coin, and a paint night orc too. I was working in the area, but if I were ever in the area again, I would definitely revisit the store to make a couple purchases.
