★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an online order with Torchlight on Saturday and the order arrived on Wednesday. The service is great. I was able to meet staff at Hot Lead in March. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I certainly would recommend them and am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A buddy of mine recommended this place, I usually go to a closer hobby store, but I'm glad I did! I purchased a used Iwata HP-CS airbrush (not from here) but it didn't seem to spray right and spoke to the friendly gentleman (I forgot his name) who helped me out, I didn't feel rushed, and you could tell he really seemed to want to share his knowledge. He encouraged me to write an e-mail, and David responded to my e-mail a short while later and offered to spend even more time with me when I came in (I was going there anyway to get some new paint and primer) super helpful team all around. Dave took me on a personal tour of the place, and made some recommendations on paints, washes, and thinners, very impressed by the service! Prices were also very fair, will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great business to deal with for sure. I live on the other side of the country and sometimes ordering online can lead to shipping taking a while, or communication not being great. This place has none of those issues. My shipping has always been prompt, and always arrives before the estimate. When I contacted them about an error with my order they replied quickly and endeavored to do their best to make it right. They are now my go to shop if the local place doesn't have what I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to check out a toy store and was in the neighborhood. The selection was a lot better than I expected, thought it was gonna be a generic Warhammer store but it turns out they have a big selection of gunpla and kotobukiya kits too. The prices are definitely on the cheaper side to reasonable. The space is also massive given you only see a small entrance in the corner of a strip mall. The staff super friendly there and knowledgeable , would come back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent supplies and selection. Neat well organized and stocked with several well known brands of model and Hobby paint suppliers supported here. AK, Army painter with extensive Gundam Japanese anime genre toys/models and even Pokemon models. As well as other games. Not a trading card store. Several? Gaming rooms and clean and bright with a painting area. Parking is shared with other businesses. Well worth the trip. Extensive selection of terrain supplies and tools as well. Online ordering capable.
