★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to order clips and weights. The owner/worker had my order ready for curb side pick up within 15min. 0 waiting for weights during COVID. Good Job Flaman. Rubber coated Olympic plates and Olympic bar spring clips. Pricing is great especially now when people are selling a pair of 10lb dumbbells for $110 on kijiji. Flaman kept the pricing real when they could take advantage like most everyone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN THOUGH I WAS SOLD A DAMAGED SPIN BIKE. This company is taking advantage of that fact that everyone is eager for at-home fitness equipment right now. Shop anywhere else. They are not locally owned, you’re better to buy on Amazon. I’ve had multiple calls with the manager since I originally posted this. I was redirected to a 1-800 number in Seattle. After I still didn’t get help I followed up with the manager again and I was promised a replacement part. I have still haven’t received a thing. It’s been three weeks and I have a massive piece of expensive equipment taking up space in my apartment I can’t do a thing with. I just want it out, do not shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently Flaman fitness fixed our treadmill that was broken since Jan 2021. Jeff, the owner was very patient since the treadmill company kept sending incorrect parts. He was very polite and friendly and explained us clearly the problem. He and his staff had to visit us few times to change the parts. I would highly recommend flaman for their persistent, dedicated, and focussed service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEW TREADMILL - A challenging (read on for full details) but excellent experience overall. Purchase through Bryan was easy, he knew his stuff and gave me a great deal. The delivery (and pick up of my old treadmill) was seamless. The team was awesome. They took their time to make sure to not damage my walls going up and down stairs. I was extremely happy until I tried out the treadmill to realize that there was something wrong with the speed adjustment. Jeff the Service Manager was responsive and quick to contact Dyaco and arrange to have parts replaced. Garfield the Service Tech was great too, but unfortunately after two service visits to replace different parts, and calls to the manufacturer the issue could not be resolved. Jeff and Garfield assured me this rarely (if ever) happens, and they dealt with Dyaco on my behalf to have this defective treadmill swapped out for a new one. The same delivery guys came (busted their butts) and did a great job once again! Calibrate and test and voila the new treadmill worked perfectly. I highly recommend Flaman Burlington for your fitness equipment needs as well as Dyaco (Spirit XT485 treadmill) since they stood behind their product and warranty (and the treadmill is awesome!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was interested in buying some equipment. Saw the mask requirement sign on the door - solid. Walked inside, staff lounging around with no masks (approx 12:45 02/26/2022). Will never give business to a store that willfully endangers the safety of its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came here to discuss home gym options as we are looking to set up something (likely not going back to gym) the manager was very knowledgeable and polite, not pushy at all. As soon as we figure out what we want, Flaman Fitness will have our business!
To the review before me - it clearly states on their door that exemptions to the masking by-law exist as per the bylaw itself. You should show some compassion for others instead of being so negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality gym equipment with a little something for everyone. We committed to building a home gym for our son who is training for Hockey. The team at Flaman set us up with a conditioning package that is suitable for his training style. The team is very knowledgeable! I took the time to compare the cost of the equipment by getting a few quotes from some other companies. Flaman was cheaper by a whopping $700.00.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellence all around with this company. Bryan D, the manager, was very knowledgeable as demonstrated by his responses to my questions. I actually went to the store to "look" and ended up by making a purchase. I needed this extra encouragement to get me on an upright bike. I had been putting it off for far too long. Brayden R. came to set up the bike and he too was very pleasant and extremely efficient. Although he was busy, he took the time to ensure that all was set just right before leaving. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
