I forget the young ladies name but she set me up with a Samsung S20 Ultra. She was able to bring my phone bill down 50 dollars and add more data, hooked me up with several accessories, and all for an INCREDIBLE price. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

I visited the Telus shop in Burlington Mall to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by a great employee there named Dylan. He did an incredible job of helping me get everything I needed. I want to thank him for his assistance and thank Telus for having such great and very knowledgeable staff.

My spouse and I were treated rudely with racist undertones. All we wanted was solution to her data usage which was not functional even though she had more than enough data left to be used. One Angela called the security on us. The security called the police on us. I need to see the camera footage as her tone and disposition was very demeaning... At the end, our data issue was not resolved but had to go back home sad and disgusted

Upgraded new iPhone’s, Dylan answered all my questions, explained options. I never felt rushed or hurried into purchasing. Have been with Telus nearly 20 years and have always received Excellent service over the phone or in person. Have to say it was much easier to research options on past Telus websites and the current website was not helpful and frustrating. So dealing in person with Dylan was the best option and the service was #1.

Overall just poor service. My auto-pay just kept getting turned off. Which made my payments late pretty often. Had my phone cut off multiple times when I paid but payment didn't go threw, even with money in my account. Gunna pay my last bill this weekend and go to another Carrier. Somehow Telus owns Koodo but Koodo had far superior service in every way. Makes no sense.

I visited this Telus store over the weekend and was helped by Dylan. The 5 star rating does not do justice to the attention, help and empathy showed by Dylan. He helped transition me to a new iPhone efficiently and in the most cost affective manner. I have traditionally just ordered my phones through the Telus help line but will visit this store again solely based on the service Dylan provided.
