★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are totally clueless when it comes to phone plans/tech- take your business to Trevor! He never made me feel foolish for not understanding something. Trevor patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions. But, most of all, I really appreciated that his only interest was helping me find the best plan, for the best price. I never felt pressured or rushed - 5 star service for sure!!

I would recommend anyone looking to deal with a customer representative face to face to attend this kiosk. My attempts with my provider over the phone did not go well at all.
