A	Anthony Stark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to order a pair of sandals for my daughter during Covid 19. Nowhere during checkout did they tell us that exchanges are only after Covid 19. They expected to keep possible shoes that didn't fit my daughter for months. I am on a fixed income and couldn't afford that. The manager argued and refused to allow me to call or contact anyone. They refunded my money they said, but I never received confirmation of it. I also never received a proper receipt to begin with. I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. BEWARE AND RUN AWAY!!!!!

Annoying, leave me alone to browse shoes, I do not need staff staring and asking questions every 2 minutes. I left quickly both times. My girlfriend went there alone recently and said that there is a man who works there (in his 50s or older) and he does the same frickin thing, he wouldn't stop following or staring at her. She was one of the three customers in store at the time, and looked at running shoes. The man snuck up behind her and said "Hello, is there something you are looking for?" Yeah, shoes, obviously. It's a thing these workers are somewhat told to do, but it really goes too far and becomes a nuisance to the shopping. But there is even more. She took two boxes of shoes to try on at the benches. The man was now completely fixated on her because the two other customers left. He then said to her "If there is a size or anything you need, let me know". She said OK, THANKS. She continued to try on shoes. He paced around the store and kept watching her, and then, moments later he said "If you are looking for more running shoes in that brand, some more are at the front entrance". And then he continue to lean on a fixture and stare after walking back to the cash register. Next, my girlfriend was getting annoyed and put the shoes away. She went to the men's section to look at sandals for whatever reason. And guess who came up to her again? If people need help, they WILL ASK. Stop bothering them while they shop and you need to retrain your staff to backoff. She left without buying anything because that man was a disturbance.
