★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a custom made ice cream cake made and it was amazing! Looked beautiful and was delicious, everyone loved the cake. Geeta was really very helpful and polite throughout the process and she made sure the cake was just as we wanted. Would definitely use their services again without a doubt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baskin and robbins ice cream tastes the same at every location: what makes a difference is the staff that you deal with. This location is a bit on and off. There were times I was unhappy with the slow and indifferent service, other times I was amazed by the great service. A little thing that was especially memorable is they didnt charge for a replacement scoop when my son dropped his ice cream. That was nice of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get cakes from here for different ocassions and have never been disappointed with their service as they always take care of me. They have also managed to make me a large cake in very short notice which no other place was ready to do. This place is awesome!!!

As a local customer I came here to treat my kids. I even ordered a cake and found it was pretty lackluster service. What takes the cake (literally) is that I recently came in to treat my son to 2 kid scoops in a waffle cone. Came up to $8.00. (Really?) Despite this I went ahead with the purchase and I found out at the cash register that my Credit Union literally had a network failure and I could not withdraw funds. When I come back to apologize for the issue with my bank, the woman at the counter moans to me how I've wasted her ice cream! (Really!?) The tiny balls of ice cream less than 4 oz each and made waffle cone cost what $1.00 at most to produce? Neither my son or I touched the product or contaminated them in any way. Its simply poor behaviour to whine about "wasted" product to a customer for a situation that is out of their control.
Frankly I'd rather buy a tub of Kawartha's Ice Cream (Less than the cost of $8.00 kids ice cream!) for much more affordable pricing, equal if not better quality and do without the petty and rude service. Hard pass on this place folks, not worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in for an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. They prepared a lovely cake with an image of Squidward (from SpongeBob Squarepants). The colours and likeness were perfect and the ice cream very nice, too. The lady who did the work was very specific about her attention to details. I would highly recommend this outlet to anyone. Remember the grape-flavoured ice cream next summer! Thanks, again.
