I Went in for Jamoca Almond fudge ice cream in a tub and young man working there on Saturday evening was Very Helpful and Happy to show me where it was in the freezer.
Cashier was Happy and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burlington location at 3450 Dundas street is substantial better if you are expecting customer service. They are selling same stuff and do not shy away from charging extra for small things which are not even mentioned in their price list. It’s basically depend on customer they are selling and how rude they can get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a treat especially on the 31st of any month when you can enjoy 31% of theirbpre packed frozen ice creams. My favorite is still Jamoca Almond Fudge, a must if you like the mixed textures of cold sweet ice cream blended with the crunchy toasted almonds!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to order a cake, grab some prepacks and pick up a paper sleeve for a gift card bought earlier in the month (the paper sleeve was misplaced or not received).
Was treated like a criminal by the employee/store manager who rudely asked for proof of purchase for the gift card before giving me the paper sleeve. I had to have my hubby send photos of the gift card before she handed over a paper sleeve. I am not sure why I was asked to jump through hoops to get a paper sleeve for my gift card?!
Needless to say, I didn't order the cake nor pick up the pre-packs.
I did speak to the store owner, who apologized on behalf of her staff. I have been a customer for over 20 years, but I understand the store has come under new ownership. I hope the owner hires better staff in the future, for the sake of her business.
Placed my order and picked up ice cream at another Baskin Robbins store which had much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great thing about this place is the option to order not only ice cream, but also frozen yogurt. For people who have partial/medium milk intolerance, frozen yogurt is an option, like for me, for example (disclaimer: it is not a professional medical advice, just something that works for my situation). So I was happy to find this option for myself. I tried “maui brownie madness” one, it was delicious. No pictures, it was gone in mere minutes. ?Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were multiple staff members in the store but only one of them was helping customers while there was a line up outside that kept getting longer and longer. When I arrived the line was about a dozen people but had more than doubled that by the time I left. This type of service is unacceptable when people come to your store and one employee has made talking on the phone a priority over the line up at the store is not doing a good job! Whether on phone with customers or friends it doesn't matter because when people are in your store they take priority.
The ice cream is so good but bad customer service sours it a little more each time you experience it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to order from here all the time for every occasion. Ordered an ice cream cake 24 hours in advance last weekend for my son's bday without any issue. Tried to order 2 basic ones for this weekend for my twins bday 46 hours in advance this time and were told it has to be 48 hours. Have never had that requirement before after many cakes purchased. Were told we can come in and get what's in stock that day, which they already know what it is. Asked if they could reserve 2 of them since they already have them in stock and were told no. Went to Dairy Queen and reserved our cake there instead who had no issues accommodating our simple reservation. Don't need them making up ridiculous rules out of nowhere.
