★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i been to this dry clean few times, last time i went there Saturday afternoon Feb 16 one girl working there 1st i see her. She came out and with her attitude she asking me how many pieces (no one asked me that before) and i told her i don't know (i don't think any one count the clothes before we bring to the dry clean???) i am the one have to count how many clothes i bought!!!! i will never go back there again because she was so rude maybe she doesn't like asian (i am asian) her job or ... but no reason for her to treat customers like the way she treat me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great service. The attention to detail is amazing. My denim jacket had small leather pieces on them (some are damaged from water) they noticed it and helped restore it with no extra cost.

I recently left two winter jackets, bought them on February 2018 from a well-known brand, turned out when I went to picked them up, I noticed that one of them had several damages on the sleeves, holes like a burned surface and cuts that anyone can appreciate were made recently.
Right away I complained with the person and her answer was that she was going to speak with the owner and he will call me back, never happened, after 2 days I had to go to the store again and the owner in a very disrespectful and sarcastic attitude did not assume his responsibility.
Overall is a bad place, no customer service at all, the owner does not care about customers.
Do not throw your money away, I am pretty sure there are other dry cleaners with a minimum common sense of customer service.
