★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only tried the Le Diperie inside the Cultures here and it was really disappointing. The soft serve ice cream isn’t great, it was very gritty, and the dip (we got the praline) only tasted sweet. I’ve heard good things about this chain in Toronto but I don’t know if I would try it again.
Service was good though :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can definitely say one of the best place to have healthy as well as tasty meals, the food is fresher than the morning dew, healthy and the staff members are supper supportive and know their food. The best think I loved about that place is avocado toast, the burrito bowl and the smoothie!
A must try place to all the health enthusiasts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this restaurant for the first time today while shopping at premium outlet malls. Stopped by to simply get a milkshake. I was surprised to see one staff member making somebody’s sandwich with no gloves and no mask. The other staff member who was helping us with our milkshake started making it without any mask or gloves either. I asked her whether she was going to be wearing any mask given that there’s a pandemic. At first she was confused and then replied yes of course. She proceeded to put on gloves only and still no mask, she finished off our order.
The whole time while preparing our food, she was talking and answering questions, which is such a risk when handling food. So shocking that clothing places are taking much more precautions than this food preparing place. As a physician I was deeply shocked.
Lastly, she handed us each a straw, with the same gloved hands that she touched her register with, and these straws were not wrapped. She touched them at the part that my mouth would go. I asked her for sealed straws and initially she refused saying she doesn’t have any, but then produced two straws from the back that were wrapped.
Really sorry to have to write such a long detailed post but given that we are in a state of a pandemic, this food place definitely needs to take more precautions. I hope management can educate their staff members about this. I look forward to hearing about what further steps will be taken
I should’ve canceled my order then and there but I did not have the heart to do that, and after paying $17 for two milkshakes, I threw them in the garbage after leaving the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my husband went today and tried rice bowl with veggies and sauces. The sauces were amazing. We also tried very berry smoothie which was perfect not too sweet not too sour. I loved this place.?
They maintained hygeine and sanitization which is a plus point ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Response from owner was to contact them suggesting they would make it right. Tried several times and they didn’t respond to email. This is 1 of those fake companies pretending to resolve CSAT issues

Even wrote to corporate and they ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here for the first time today and was very disappointed, the smoothies were curdled, the quiche was soggy and the egg was liquidy, I also ordered one of the bowls and the purple cabbage was extremely wilted. Food was way too over priced for what it was, I absolutely do NOT recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered salad and asked for balsamic sauce. However, they added soya sauce instead of what I wanted and when I complained, someone who seemed to be the store manager said that the sauce is what the company delivers them as balsamic. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
