Called today at 7:00pm spoke with a lady claiming to be the manager. I asked her for an item check, and was accused of calling prior… which I did not. customer service was horrible and was not client centre. Would not consider shopping from this location based on the service provided.

Terrible! You would think they are giving things for free, as the wait just to get my size took forever. Not enough people working, so you basically have to line up at the cash in order to get help, then wait again to pay. Unorganized, it shouldn't take 25 mins to try something on! If you want to stay in business that is.

I went today (June 26) to SoftMoc at the Toronto Premium outlet around 2 pm, and my experience was not a good one at all. The team working there was very unprofessional, not helpful, ignoring customers, and only talking to each other and laughing. I asked a sales associate for sizes and she reluctantly looked at me and responded. I feel sorry because this branch will lose customers if those sales associates continue behaving in such an unprofessional manner. I will definitely not go in if I find the same team.

July 1st, 2021 at 2:00 PM Long waiting times outside and inside the store (to enter and to pay) with the store pretty much empty. Rude and unprofessional staff, talking to each others in a corner while clients were waiting for help with getting sizes. Associates deliberately ignored costumers. Left after 20 minutes, without getting help because i work hard for my money and i choose not to support business that treat clients like this.

I've never been to a store with such a rude and unfriendly staff. I didnt get the lady's name but she seemed like a manager. If I could contact head office, I would. She honestly made my shopping experience horrible. I would never go back to this location ever again.

SoftMoc at the Halton Hills outlet mall , had such a bad experience , I must say that the staff especially the ones who are at the counter dealing with returns are so rude n unprofessional, they do not have any customer service , I had to visit this store twice cause I purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals , had not worn them outside , I was not satisfied with the comfort on my feet , went to exchange them but the girl at the counter just refused to help me n said that I had worn them outside , which is not true , well the first time I did not have the receipt so she said I can’t do anything , well I did find the receipt n went again, but she just refuse to help me n both the times she said I can’t help you come when my manager is around , I had been twice n the manager was not around , I had to come all the way there n returned home without any help , she told me try to go to some other location if SoftMoc n try to change . It’s really sad that such an expensive pair of sandals I can’t wear it cause I’m not comfortable n they refuse to help me to get an exchange . They truly don’t care for customer satisfaction. My friend who brought a pair of sandals from Braun’s went to just show them that the buckle had come out while walking , she had worn those sandals for six months n the manager was so accommodating that he gave her new pair of sandals if her choice as well as cash return if the difference in price . Thus is called customer service who make the customer happy n would love to come back again . Truly I tell you I’m from the customer service background , it’s sad that these staff had no feelings or sign of helping customer who was not satisfied . I hope someone can help me from the higher authorities of SoftMoc .

The lady (manager)was very helpful in this location, even she is busy. She didn’t hesitate to help me find the shoes i wanted.

Maybe the worst store at TPO. Went to get a pair of shoes, brought em back for someone else but they didn’t like them so had to return. When I tried to return, first the guy made me wait for like 10 mins, kept making rounds at the back of the store, kept chatting with his other staff members and never said why he was making me wait or even had the courtesy to apologize when he finally attended. I told him the situation and that I didn’t have the physical receipt but I could show him the transaction and even the time of the transaction. He straight up rudely said no and demanded for the physical receipt. Listen man if you’re reading this, I work in sales too, you could’ve changed the processing date and looked at the last transaction (because they closed the door after us) for Thursday May 12th, reprinted the receipt and could’ve pulled whatever info you needed but you would rather be rude and insolent than do the bare minimum to help a customer who you made wait without stating a reason. And if all the systems aren’t the same or if you don’t have the authority to do that you could’ve been a little nice about it. I drove all the way from Oakville to get my shoes returned not to be advised to maybe “try selling the shoes on FB marketplace”. I don’t usually post reviews like this publicly, it takes a lot to get them out of me. Thanks to this Guy in black tshirt, streaks in his hair with ear rings on. Learn how to deal with customers or don’t be in customer service at all.
