★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the store is filthy and dirty … staff have no clue what they are doing and the food is way over priced and gross .. 30.00 for two meals and the food was gross …/ come on really how can you screw up an A& W burger ….seems the staff could care less and the food again was gross .. no care given and way over priced .. your staff look like they are putting in time and hood care less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a quick bite on the go. I stopped to get gas and went inside and ordered a burger. Went back and finished filling up then went in picked up burger, paid for gas and was on my way. They had coffee available which was an added bonus. A good idea all around to have A&W combined with a gas station. Different option from the combined tim Hortons/gas stations. The A&W operation is 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently standing in the line watching the lady making sandwiches without gloves. She takes the bread put the souce on and then grab the lettuce and other vegetables with bare hands. No way. I will never come for a sandwich here. Only fries and drinks. None have gloves on.

Even during COVID -19 pandemic, they don't have a cleaning standards. I ordered the burger on Saturday and found a LIVE INSECT (spider) walking in my burger. THAT WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTING. There is no valid explanation of finding a live insect on a hot food.
Avoid going to this place or double tripple check you order. I wish I could give negative reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best A$W I’ve ever been to, food was served incredibly fast. Fries were crispy and fresh, burger tasted great, and the poutine was steaming hot as it should be for the cheese curds to melt. Overall, five star experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday 9th Jan 430pm - two guys at counter didn't care about anything- I was very specific with my order - wanted 3 ingredients on burger - lettuce tomato and onion. Nothing else. Got a burger with mayo mustard, ketchup, pickles and my stuff. Also while waiting, my little girl needed to use the washroom so went to the family bathroom. Smell of stale urine in bathroom so bad that I started to gag - no exaggeration. Took a bite of my burger and when that mayo and mustard hit my mouth I immediately gagged and threw up. Left with even less food that I arrived with and out 20 bucks. Daughters burger was cold so threw hers out too and went to another restaurant. Would give a negative star if I could. Oh and they didn't have items that were on the menu. Horrible experience, in fact, one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food place
