★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to go do a return. Their policy is no refunds after 14 days, which is understood.
But the person (Justin) who was attending to me was beyond rude.
It doesn't matter if I get a store credit or refund, but he failed to answer very simple questions without being arrogant about it.
He said I have 14 business days to return the merchandise, which to anyone who knows the definition of "business" days is Monday to Friday regardless of that business run on weekends. When I asked about the policy on refunds, he gave me the definition of 'policy' emphasizing each word like it was my first time carrying a conversation in English. I called the head office of his inappropriate behavior. They apologized for his rude behavior and also informed me that his definition of business days was incorrect and that he shouldn't have said that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful dresses and tops for a great price. I have been to the location at Yorkdale mall. This place has odd sizes. I still love their European design. I hope they stick around because other store sell plain looking dresses.

Edit we asked staff for a reason for line and they said short staff..which clearly not an issue as staff was busy chit chatting instead of helping customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. Drove all the way to TPO just for Ted Baker and they closed over two hours early for “inventory”. Also, another time, they said that they would follow up with me and they didn’t. When I returned to the store, they lied to me and said they never got the size in. I literally already had the dress, in the correct size, in the dressing room. How embarrassing to lie and get caught.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on Feb 12th, very poor customer service. Staff did not care and interested in selling their stuff. Both workers did not know how to assist their customers, very disappointed. Also they did not pack the suit well, just folded the suit in the regular bag. My husband did not want to buy anything from there but I insisted because the style & quality of the suit was impressive. However, the owner needs to really check on their workers to save the reputation of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a wallet from a family member as a Christmas gift which was purchased from Ted Baker's online store. Although the wallet was in good condition, I found it very heavy so decided to return it. Although I did eventually receive a refund, it took a lot of effort and perseverance to make it happen. It would been easier if I could have returned it to a Ted Baker store, but they do not permit this, which seems odd to me. I would not buy from Ted Baker's online store again, since there is always a risk when you buy online that you may not be happy with the product and I would never want to go through the painful process of applying for a refund again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and very rude staff. It seems like they doing you a favor letting you shop at their store. I looked up a T-shirt on the display for $ 59.00 (Size 6) and requested them to get me a different size and the price on the same T shirt in Size 5 is $ 76.00. I was told different size different price. Never heard of this ever in any store. The guy Ivan was rude and when I spoke to the Manager the girl was even worse (Couldn't get her name)
Won't recommend this store to anyone, very bad experience.
