★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed and angry with the hidden dangers of this luxury store and its post-processing.
My mother lined up outside the door to enter the shop during the outbreak in August. The employees in the store use the electric gate of the store to control the flow of people. When it was my mother's turn and the first few customers to enter, the electric door of the store suddenly closed and hit my mother's head directly. On the same day, she was sent to the hospital for examination and found a concussion.
This shop handed over our claim to the insurance company, but the insurance company refused to compensate for the two-week absence of work due to my mother's negligence.
My mother did not enter the store without the staff's permission. The store door is under full control by the staff. What is my mother's fault?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left the east to drive 44 mins west to find out they close at 7pm and was rudely told I should have called first. Burberry has been my brand for 20 years and have always shopped at the mall locations or Nordstrom but never will I ever return to an outlet. The quality of management is inexcusable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into Burberry on a weeknight around 5pm. Waiting outside for some time while there were only two people in the store felt a little unnecessary… but the customer service rep was very friendly. Although I did not purchase anything she really tried to help me find a bag I liked.

Item Selection: * Don’t waste your time. Every time we visit this store there’s nothing appetizing about there product selection. Best off going to Yorkdale or Yorkville or to avoid rude customer service at this particular location… order on line (this might smarten these so called- “sales associates” up to value each & every person who walks through their location’s doors)
***Okay, so I saved the best for last***
Customer Service so called “sales associates” (they absolutely do not deserve this title): 0.1* The greeting of the door person will throw you off & make you feel welcomed! Until you realize no one cares that you have any interest in purchasing their items because their so gullible & express their judgements by only dealing with customers that looks like they have money. These associates could learn their lesson & training by watching Julia Roberts in the scene from Pretty Woman! I actually wanted to pull this one when I was there today & ended up being treated like a valued customer in Versace, Armani Exchange & Browns (spending a good chunk of change) “BIG MISTAKE, HUGE, GET OUT OF MY WAY GOING TO CONTINUE MY SHOPPING….NOTTTTT AT YOUR BURBERRY STORE!” And the idiot followed me, like she was a security mute robot…super annoying!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Burberry store here at Toronto premium outlets always has great price’s. The selection for items isn’t the most diverse as the outlet store is mainly runway and most pieces come from the retail store. You can find a good selection in terms of clothing and woman’s Accessories. Just hard to find a wide selection for men in terms of shoes, belts, ties, bags. But def a great way to save your money. Would highly recommend shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a hit or miss depending on the time of the week/month/year. I have been here more than a few times and got lucky with some good pieces and not so lucky at times. The customer service is good depending on who is helping you. Some of the associates are great while some seem like they are too busy for the clients. The stock also doesn't get replenished as often as it used to plus they also stopped their additional discount based on the amount of $$ you shop for which is a bummer. Do take advantage of the appointment based shopping they now offer due to covid.
