★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a big store yet so clean and organised! I am impressed! Never used to be this way but as i read comments i understand it is under a new manager. Do yourself a favour and come during the daytime-the manager is always there and she and her staff provide the most amazing help you could ever ask for! :) cannot say enough good things about this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is very unprofessional, the staff make it known that they will follow coloured people around the store. I shopped her for maybe 10 to 15 min and every move I made throughout the store my daughter and I were followed. Very unprofessional would definitely discourage people from going to this store and facing the same experiences.

What people do not realize this store is under new management recently and has completely changed for the better...i met the manager and she is so sweet and caring...helped me get 20 %OFF my purchase and took her time with me. I felt that i was the center of attention; in a good way! She is the very pale girl with some blonde hair. I disagree with this other review i have seen-she is not bossy in the slightest-maybe you were talking about someone else? Anyway i have always had with her great experiences. And more sale than toronto premium outlet. Please thank her for me for i will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ardenes is an amazing place to go shopping for clothes! I usually go to Ardene’s to get the surprise bags. They usually have great deals and fashionable clothing that everyone will love! Staff is very helpful and always willing to help you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If it’s for shopping for gifts or getting something for yourself, this is truly the best place to go to!

Best part is no matter what the staff is doing they will always happy to stop it and be at your service. Always spend at least 200+€ but get such good value and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store itself is pretty nasty. Does it ever get cleaned? So disorganized and hard to find items, staff doesn’t know where the items are when you ask. Rude employees who talk about you to each other. Overall bad vibes from this store. The staff all seem to hate each other and make you feel uncomfortable. Where is their manager? There seemed to be a nice one before when the store looked decent and she treated customers and staff members with dignity and respect. No wonder she didn’t stay! Poor experience. Would NOT recommend shopping at this location. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived an hour and a half before closing. Spent an hour with my daughter looking for clothes for her to try on carrying them on my shoulder. Got to the fitting room only to be told they close them an hour early and you can try only 6 anyways. I was furious. Empty store, 5 associates and nobody bothered to tell me we can't try on clothes! Manager came to repeat the same thing and say absolutely no to using the fitting room. I said I would buy all of the clothes then. At the cash register the manager continued to refer to their policy and how they don't inform people their fitting rooms are closed. At that point I informed her that I don't know about their policy because I don't shop there and shouldn't have to find out about it on the fitting room door after carrying clothes on my shoulders for an hour. Will not return to this store again.
