She was super helpful and always looking to add value in helping us get started at the gym.
She was patient and took the time necessary to talk about the gym equipment, eating habits and talk us through the various classes available at this gym.

Not only do I see associates sanitizing everything all day but I often see the manager and multiple associates come out and actually clean each piece of equipment from top to bottom! I took this picture at the gym the other afternoon and boy I have never seen a team so professional and helpful! 10/10 I'll be going here any chance I can get! Super friendly crew!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to come workout with my long time friend Brandon. Ended up having to buy a guest pass, but ended up signing up for a membership. Good amount of workout space and machines and you can’t forget about the massage chairs. Staff was very professional and helpful, Sierra (the manager)and Hibba answered all my membership and gym related questions.
I will be returning again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good time at Goodlife fitness, excellent and friendly team.
I requested membership cancellation in person in Feb due to relocation. The membership didn't get cancelled and I was still charged for a month after I requested cancellation.
I became aware of it only after seeing the credit card statement. When I called the club, they didn't have any trace of my cancellation request.
I'm not sure if anyone else had similar experiences. Ensure you get an email confirmation or some kind of proof that you requested cancellation, if you had to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming to GLF Meadowvale the past few years and it is my favourite one. Even tho I live closer to another location, I come to this location because it is bright, clean, and the staff are incredible. They are super friendly, motivational and are willing to answer any questions and give advice. I enjoy speaking with Tierney because she’s very sweet, knowledgeable and has given me such great advice about nutrition and class recommendations. Always a friendly face to see when entering and exiting the club. I can’t ask for more! Also love the set up of the gym and machines being user friendly. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly enjoyed the gym tour with Eva today. She was very welcoming and took amble time to explain the workout sections and how to use some of the gym equipment patiently. She greatly gave me an overview of the services and how to use them.She was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend her for new members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and well organized. Great community as everyone returns weights and washes their station. No judgement. This is the only gym where I personally have reached my goals. I feel safe using the lockers and facilities. Lots of options for equipment. Only negative thing I could say is if the stretching area was bigger and if it was 24/7 but overall best gym I’ve been to.
