★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a Friday night and the first thing I noticed was the music selection was perfect music for the crowd! I was really impressed by the versatility, usually the music playing there is old and the same genre but it was perfect for game night. I sat at the bar with Mel, my favourite bartender at Jacks and service was amazing as always. Very happy with the new staff and look at this location since I was there last :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleague and I needed a lunch badly after the latest lockdown, so we came here for wings and a couple beers for lunch. The staff was so friendly and happy to see us, we felt like family when we walked in. A special shout out to Tammy for the exceptional service and attention given to us during our visit. We will definitely be back soon. Great place, great food, and best of all, great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family members finally got out to celebrate Christmas after 2 years and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Becky was our server for our party of 7 and she was amazing. Service was fast, accurate and tasty. Safety protocols were adhered to. I just wish a couple of other patrons wore their masks correctly! Great job Becky! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on st Patricks day. I had to wait almost 20 min just to get the drinks which was bummer. Waiter was pretty friendly which was good. Food was pretty average taste wise. I am not sure if this place is like this or was it just a bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much options for vegetarians, got Pad thai and was super sweet . Yam fries were good out of all . Mexican bowl was decent but i feel it misses salt and some other ingredients.
Very slow service and didn’t even bother to serve water to everyone . Also vibe was missing what usually we get at bar n grill places .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for holiday lunch and was impressed with everything from the greet at the door, food and service.
we tried cocomelon punch, burgers and salmon bowl.
It was a great atmosphere. Everything came out quick and Meg was super sweet and attentive we didn't ever have to ask for refills or even the bill she was on the ball the whole time.
Made great recommendations for drinks and food. For sure we will be back
