★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to this UPS store to get passport photos for my 5 year old. They charged me $ 24.99 for 2 photos. Few days later I enquired from other UPS store on Main Street, Milton, they charge $ 15.99 for the same service . Highly disappointed. Will never go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Ups store , the one which is in Walmart Milton. I was having a hard time sending some documents, and Ayaan helped me patiently while simultaneously attending to other customers needs as well. Would strongly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the store last week and the employee I believe his name was Ayan did an amazing job! I wanted a picture printed of my father and not only did he do it perfectly but he did it fast and efficiently also. He was managing my order along with dealing with many other customers and i was very much satisfied with this service. Definitely recommend coming here for pretty much anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today -at around 6:45 pm I had the worst experience at this store , I went with my family to get my 4 years old son a photo for his passport, we were trying to get his attention to look at the photographer but couldn’t , when I asked him that did he get a good one he said he was looking at me . I asked him to help us by doing something interesting to have my son look at him to get a good picture .. his answer was rude and surprising that he isn’t a professional and not an entertainer!!
I stopped him and decided not to take the picture after all. What a customer service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid using this store. Everyone there is not professional. It was a complete waste of time and money.
Two advise : Avoid UPS and avoid this store in particular.
If it is only for dropping a return package then it is fine but DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO SHIP IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS!

Ayaan was very accommodating and helpful as he handled several customers at once while ensuring everyone’s needs are met. He also took excellent photos and efficiently walked me through the shipping process. I recommend this store for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came before closing to get a passport photo done for my baby. They were busy but very professional. Matthew was amazing! 5 customers all came at once before they closed but he was able to handle it all. He ended up staying a little later to make sure we were helped. He showed care and professionalism!
