★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my samsung galaxy note 10+ screen fixed, fair market price as I called a few different places. Very happy with the service I received over the past week, from booking my appointment online, Aaron called to go over prices and how the service works. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating. I didnt make my original appointment but he made it work when I was able. Can tell he genuinely wants to help. We need more people like him in customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed my screen. Made me unlock the phone while they took it to the back with out me for 10 minutes claimed "google certification" as the reason. When I got the phone back all the settings where changed. Networks keyboards locations were all changed. Some screen repair. Don't GO! Airplane mode was activated and the shops wifi was connected. It was NOT the Google software! Shop guy specifically said he would do the diagnostic in front of me but as soon as I unlocked he ran away to the back
when they ask you to unlock it just take it and leave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my phone fixed here. My phone was SHATTERED for the 3rd time this year . This was by far the most pleasant location. Aaron and Navjot were so helpful and pleasant. They took their time and made sure I was fully happy with everything. They even stayed back past closing to finish up with me. They didn't rush me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this store by Google to get my Pixel 6 Pro Screen fixed, and it was truly a pleasant experience.
I was really nervous at first but the representatives treated me politely and with great respect, making it a comfortable experience.
They said it would take about 2 hours to finish repairing my screen -
it took 30 minutes.
