This is not a legitimate business. While their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and "Original Parts for your Device", you will find neither here.
The actual repair technician only works from 5-8pm and is lazy and sneaky. I went to replace my iphone glass and learned that he was not trained or skilled. He is just a guy with screw drivers. He stripped the screws on the bottom and then blamed me for the damage. Later, I discovered that they used cheap knock off parts. The replacement glass was blurry, blue and faded. I returned to the kiosk to see if they could put the correct glass in (I was willing to pay for top quality glass) but they refused. The lady was extremely rude, kept ignoring me, turning her back and threatening me with police action if I did not leave.
When they refused to help I told them I was not satisfied and wanted my refund (as per their website.) I confronted the technician about the way he did business and he admitted he was a scammer, multiple times and refused to give me my refund. The technician lied to us continuously. I had to return to this booth multiple times to get the work done and it wasn't even done right. These people are rude and belligerent. Beware of his friends who hang around the booth posing as customers, they also write fake reviews. I will be reporting this to the fraud centre.
