T	Terry Morton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put my review up in April. Dec 19th you respond to it... Every time I've order balloons for an event I've been given a time for when they can be picked up. Every time I've arrived at that time and have had to wait half an hour or more for the order to be filled.
K	Kristina R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my son calls this " the little cart store" because they have tiny carts for children to use! when he has achieved something good in school we go visit " the little cart store" we go here very very often, and we love it! the girls at the front are always smiling, and the younger one always talks to my son, she is amazing! I recently ordered balloons from the store as well, pre-ordered, amazing price, and a quick pick up! keep up the amazing smiles and hard work!

They will go above and beyond with help. the owner took her time to help me find all the party supplys that I need for my party to happen. I can pull three carts worth of stuff in barely no time and have everything I need. I did a massive party shop and barely spent a couple hundred on it - well under budget. The staff are friendly and actually willing to help, the owner goes above and beyond to find you everything you need and even lends ideas and inspiration. It’s personalized customer service you just don’t find at any other store. Fast and prompt check out and carry out. What stores do this anymore??? They are great! Have you ever waited in a line up for 1 balloon or item at party city? I have and it’s a 30 minute process to check out everytime and no one will help you or even speak to you. I always look forward to coming here. Thanks guys!
A	Ashais Memon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sure I had a racist lady cashier take my picture and of my car simply because I was asked what I want which was not asked of the Caucasian ppl ahead of me and never at a buck or two location in Brampton even with covid-19 protocols in place there. Went in for grocery items but came out in less then a minute as everything was yellow taped and as I reversed my car, I saw the lady taking my picture. Wanted to give her a piece of my mind but thought lets let her view the camera footage to see I didn't even touch anything in store. Been in Canada since I was in elementary school, so I know subtle racism when I see it. Will Never shop here ever.

It’s one thing to have your own personal opinion, and another to publicly advertise it in a place where young children can pick them up and play with them. I definitely lost a lot of respect for this place because of this.

D	Dean Lipka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problem taking my $47 for a couple helium balloons and a couple happy birthday banners, but wouldn't allow me to have a small curious george helium balloon filled for my son when I offered to pay them to do it. Store wasn't busy. Told me to go to Canadian Tire. I guess Canadian Tire gets all my balloon orders from now on
