★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manjeet was very Knowledgeable and helpful and took time to explain the plans, phones, answered all my questions , did not rush me, or pressure sales, I had to wait a few minutes, was worth the wait. I was not aware that my company have special plans. He explained all the discount im going to get with corporate.
I am going to transfer my family members and recommend to all my friends another credit goes to him for job well done. Keep up the good work. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars for the service because only one person was available to help the customers. I was 2nd in line. It’s been 1 hour I arrived but my turn did not come even after an hour. Also the person helping the customer was not even courteous enough to say that, sir, it might take a while, please be patient. It was as if she did not care. I don’t know her name and I am not even interested in asking her name. If you want to know who she is then check the camera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a great experience here. Firstly, when my husband and I got to the store, no one was inside. We had to wait a while before someone came back to the store. When we got inside, the sales associate did not look like she wanted to help us. She was also not wearing a mask. She was not knowledgable in the products and she basically told us to go.
Will not be going back to this Telus store and it would be appreciative if management had better training for their employees.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable staff. Courteous and welcoming. Went for a SIM pick up. Simran was very helpful and suggested good savings on my monthly phone bill of 2 lines. She addressed all queries and gave the detailed numbers to review and re-visit for a plan upgrade with more than 50 dollars of savings a month.
