★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they didn’t follow up and tried to offer a service when they didn’t even have the substance for it. My girlfriend paid extra for a chemical peel that never happened and they never refunded her the money. She’s $750 down and they offered other services which weren’t up to par when she had just wanted the refund. You’re also not supposed to continue with lasers for 2.5 years. They used lower intensities on the laser and pretended that it normally takes this long. I wish I could report all the fake reviews but this place needs to be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with laser hair removal at this clinic has been good. Being a woman of colour I have seen great results. The results for the bikini ares does seem to take a bit longer but I do see a change. Many women of colour think that laser is not for them, but I have to say other wise. It works. I have the best experiences with my technician Mona. She is friendly and informative and is able to create a great hair removal program that suits your specific needs. I have only had one bad experience with them in the last 2 and half years I have been going to them. And Mona did her best to retify the issue. I have recommended this place to a number of people. If you want to use their services I recommend seeing Mona at the Hurontario location in Brampton she is absolutely the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this to any other lady. My experience was not good with this Clinic. My money is wasted and I don't see the results I wanted. First of all their staff keep changing and no one knows what they are doing. The laser is so painful even if they give me one more free treatment I would not do it. Sometimes i felt like my skin is BURNING! My hair growth is still the same even though I m not too hairy but still it didn’t work. Instead it gave my so much pain and waste of time and Money!!! The machine they use is garbage. Not advanced at all. The Manager will try to sell you packages every single time which was annoying! I would prefer WAXING over this laser which is costly, painful and no results. The staff are not trained and they just want to do quickly so that they can do others. Ohh gosh why did i wasted my money and time on the top felt so much pain. If you love your skin, money and time don’t go there.

I bought an amazing deal on Boxing Day from the original owner and have been forever grateful for my laser hair removal treatment.
Highly recommend Mona as a technician - my favourite! Mona is kind, goes above and beyond with her customer service and has become someone I’ve enjoyed building a business relationship with but also on a personal level.
5 stars for this Laser Centre! :)

I started of with laser treatment for full hands, legs and underarm and seeing their service and the efforts to please their customers made me comfortable to further get my treatment started for micro needling. I am very happy with the results. Thank you Mona and team for everything.
