N	Nishtha Malot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Diva Beauty Salon today for threading. No need to take appointment. I didn't even need to wait for long time. The service was outstanding. She has magical hands. I am soooo happy with the results. Thank you so much!!! Once again I visited this salon. I felt like they treat better when you go for first time so that they can get good reviews. However, the experience was totally different this time. I called 25-30 mins before going and asked is it ok if i come to place in half an hour, receptionist said yes. When i got there front desk lady was very rude and did not treat well. She was chatting on call with some family relatives and made me wait. I just waked out. BAD experience !!!!

I called at the salon number and a staff came out and walked to me to get me there. Their service was amazing. I never thought that my eyebrows could look this good. After I got the threading done for my eyebrows and forehead, the staff gave a quick and relaxing forehead massage. I am going there again very soon for a facial. ?

S	Shams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for eyebrow threading. There were no other customers. Lady was sweeping the floor and asked me to have a seat. She used her hands to clean the bottom of the broom bristles. Over 5 minutes later of me watching her sweep in slow motion, she washed her hands for 10 seconds and finally came to do my eyebrows. Threading was okay. Very poor customer service, especially when there are so many other salons in Brampton for threading. Won’t be returning.

I called to ask for appointment and rates and a lady told me $6 for eyebrows and $5 for forehead. I went to check their website and saw that forehead was just $3. I called again and the female who answered the call told me the rates are old and that I might be checking someone else's website in punjabi. I still went to get my eyebrows done. Being a first time visitor the staff was not welcoming at all. She kept talking on her phone for 5-7 minutes and then did my eyebrows. And I must tell the attitude was just not proper. No greetings nothing. Just handed over the facial tissue at the end. And upon checking the eyebrow corners are not matching.
S	Saato Lally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manju is really good at giving a perfect shape to your eyebrows. I am so happy that I found this place and I always look forward to get my eyebrows done. Her waxing skills are also admirable, no pain at all.

When I got to the place I was the only one there but she said she didn't have time to do everything and can only do a cut. I agreed because I needed the service done and no where else had last minute appointments. She literally did not ask how I parted my hair and didn't seem to want to listen to anything I said. She literally only took maybe 20 minutes to cut my hair. When I pointed out that it's not what I asked for she asked me to callback another day and she'd fix it. I called a couple of days later and she completely denied ever saying this and said she'd charge me for another cut. I ended up going to a different salon and they did a way better job.
j	jasmeet kour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was extremely good and the service was exceptional when I first started going there, but recently what I started noticing is if you go for smaller services like threading and upper lips, no body pays importance or attention to you. Most importantly, I went for upper lips and threading today and found out that the lady left so many hair on my upper lips area and eye brow area. If I have to come home and pluck the extra hairs by myself why do I need to pay money to someone else to do the services. This is not the first time this had happened, it’s been happening since last few times, can’t even give benefit of doubt. I have been going there for almost one year but definitely not going back. Totally disappointed today.
