★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok...here's the thing...I am not a fan of posting reviews, good or bad. However this salon was recommended by a co-worker as I was desperately in need of finding a salon who could work with short natural hair. My other salon experiences ranged from I would never recommend anyone to lack luster but got the job done.
I was also skeptic as this salon was about a hour drive... without Toronto traffic...
I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, atmosphere and customer service provided by all in the establishment.
Maxine did an AMAZING job with my colour and cut and recommended reasonably priced products that could be found at your local shoppers drug mart, Wal-Mart, etc.
The efficiency of the salon is great too, they took me on time and I was in and out in just under 2 hrs....
Last but not least....the total cost was quite reasonable as I've been charged upwards of $100 or more for a colour and a trim...and I stress I have a short haircut.
I will definitely be going back and recommending this salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a nice spot to get your hair done look no further. I have lived in Brampton for 8 years and have had horrible experiences. From the time I called the salon I got a good vibe which was confirmed once I arrived. The stylists are all really friendly and the location is clean. My hair was not in good shape when I arrived but I left feeling like a million bucks. Thanks Viviene :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are really nice and they do do what you ask...in terms of maintaining the health of your hair that is something that you need to research and do on your own, I saw a lot of relaxing and dying of hair simultaneously which is notorious for hair breakage. I would be curious to see how many clients came to them in rough shape (hair wise) and they restored the health of their hair. Also appointments for a wash, blowout, straighten and trim (which I do annually) are at minimum 3 hours so bring a book.
