They updated their hours a week ago and it does say open till 12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service by marj an older woman who was working sept 15 2021 at approximately 8 pm. We called the store asking if they had Squishmallow’s capsules and she said they had them, we rushed over because she said she couldn’t put them on hold for us. When we got there she said sorry they are sold out. She was also very rude. Luckily the shoppers on mountainview has good customer service because they were able to put them on hold for us. Will not be shopping at the Guelph st location anymore. Rather drive the extra distance for the mountainview location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One cashier and then they want you to use self check out so then the one casher hads to go help then on it and then you are still wait in line to buy a lottery ticket you need more casher and it not covid because it been like this before covid. So now i go to the other shopper in town a lot better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store sold me moldy hummus and then refused to exchange it because I didn't have a receipt, other stores in town would have exchanged it for me. When I called the store I was hung up on. I don't lose my temper and thought I was being quite sensible. This store is very overpriced and I do not have any interest in paying a premium for moldy product. Super disappointed and will now only shop there as a last resort. I'm not someone who can afford to get ripped off my big companies like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning Don't buy any chocolate or candies here. I bought a box of choc peppermints opened them as I walked out out of the store. They had all melted into a blob inside the box. Went directly back into the store and asked for a refund. The cashier said no refunds because they had been opened asked for a managers opinion checkout called the manager they also said no because the box was opened. There was no offer to replace with a different box or similar product. So I guess anybody buying any type of chocolates is rolling the dice. If one box is bad maybe they are all bad? Wouldn't it be a responsible thing to do to maybe remove all those choc peppermint boxes or to check other boxes to save anyone else wasting their money? Wouldn’t you also think the manager would at least come out of their office to investigate and find out more details?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m giving this location 5 stars. Only recently have I started slowly purchasing some items from shoppers as I’ve been turned off of them for years. High prices, awful return policy, and just easier service online from their competitors. However!! They are stepping up their game lately. Better service in the cosmetics area with better return policies. Matching their competitors. I’m here for it. Emily and the cosmetics manager are really good here. Will continue shopping
