★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the odd expired product (mainly in the dairy/refrigerated section), I've had no issues with customer service from the pharmacists, cashiers, and the internal post office which is often staffed by Shopper's employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Shoppers Drug Mountainview store and found that no one would check me out had to do self check even though I made it very clear that i would like a cashier to check me out. Maybe customers should get a discount for cashing themselves out. Next time I'm not given the option I will leave my purchases at the till and go purchase my items somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has really bas service!! They lied that the medicines will be available in half hour to 1 hour or they will give a call back to me if the medication is not ready. After 3 trips to this store, the medicine wasn’t ready and no one accepted their mistake. I have cluster headaches and the medicine is a live or die situation. Moreover, the owner and the employees are rude and have no consideration for the customers.
