★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and a great butcher. Very accommodating with a huge variety of quality goods. Due to covid there can be a little line up but it is well worth the wait. Red wine and fennel sausages are to die for. This is our go to butcher out this way. Its a little pricy but you absolutely get what you pay for here. Have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone and everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadn’t been to Pats in years, but when my kid wanted a nice Tomahawk steak for his b day I knew I had to find a nice butcher.... and I remembered Pat.
Steak was fantastic! Like top notch! Service was A1 and great folks to deal with. I need to start going back even though I moved out of the area years ago.
Tip... get his steak spice... you WONT be disappointed I promise!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went in today to try the new veal sandwiches that they are making there. Being italian, and also a past cook and chef for a well known italian pizzeria that started in Malton and now in Woodbridge, I tend to have high expectations of good italian food. I have always said that this town (Georgetown) needs a good authentic italian sandwich shoppe. Well my friends, Pat's has stepped up the game. The sandwich is absolutely delicious and quality veal and ingredients. I wasn't expecting alot but it definitely got my attention. If you want the closest to an authentic veal sandwich....there isn't anywhere else but PAT'S.
NO...I dont work there nor are they family. I I mearly want others to know that the food is beyond spot on and I would definitely serve this to others if that's what they wanted. I definitely will be having my veals from PAT'S from this day forward. Thank you for the amazing h food and keep up the awesome work you all do there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Shelf!! You want a veal sandwich, you gotta try Pat's! Double stacked on a delicious bun, all the fixins'. Had one a couple weeks ago, was delicious. Tried it again today, was even better! In and out in less than 10 minutes with a sandwich fit for a king. I'll be back next time in town, guaranteed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Georgetown for 23 years and had never been to Pat’s, so I went in today for the first time and got some Italian sausage and pies . I bbq the sausage tonight and they where the best that I have had in years. I am a big supporter of local business, and pays is a perfect example that Georgetown has some of the best small businesses around. Keep up the great work, and I will be back soon, thank you!
