Legitimately the slowest possible service of any location, ever. Always unorganized. I don't know why I keep going back...oh, yes I do, because this town is big enough for another location but does not have one.

slow! I ordered a Iced Chai Tea Latte, I ended up getting a iced Green tea latte, that they had to make two times for whatever reason, waited in line for 20 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. They should really repeat your order before sending it off to the person making drinks!!! They nerve get my drink right despite me saying it loud and clear.

A bit of a wait today, but that's okay because it is not always the case. The staff are always very friendly and accomodating. I also like the convenience of the location.

Got the dragonfruit drink with coconut milk. Always ask for less ice. But they still give you a lot of ice.Service was very slow because l think a staff member was on break.

Easily the worst customer service of any Starbucks I've ever dealt with. The incompetence, random up charges, rude workers and flat out telling me I can't order drinks I have ordered for years at every other location. In addition, this location is extremely slow. You will often wait 20+ minutes for the simplest of orders. Not to mention, it's in a Metro, no drive-thru and you can't even do mobile ordering which is the most basic of functions in 2022. I GUARANTEE you will not find a worse Starbucks in Canada.

Painfully slow with no lineup and 2 employees working. Both girls kept looking at their phones instead of making drinks. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line ordering a tea, I ordered a latte, and it took 10 minutes to receive my drink. In the meantime, a big line ended up forming behind me. Maybe put your phones down while you're at work and you have customers? Georgetown deserves a real Starbucks location, not this second rate one...

Service was very slow 25 minutes to wait for a coffee and only 4 customers ahead of me. Several orders were for tea and should not have take that long. Only one person preparing beverages. No one else in line to order and that person just kept checking messages on his phone and only helped the other person for a few minutes. He also could not keep himself from running his hands through is hair ever other minute.

Such great customer service!! Emily I. and Owen P. were extremely quick and efficient. Emily was super knowledgeable about all the possibilities and drink options and helped me customize my drink. She was extremely patient, a great listener and helpful! Literally such amazing customer service. The drink she recommend was so good! This duo definitely made my experience a positive one and I really hope their management sees this and appreciates them because they are TOP TIER!!! Thanks again, Emily and Owen!!
