★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eaten at Symposium Cafe 3 times now and will continue to come back. Not only is the food amazing but the service is fantastic as well. Both the managers were very pleasant and made sure we were 100% satisfied. P.S. Try the Symposium Burger and for the desert the Fudge Cake, it's just absolutely divine!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four years ago, I gave this place five stars: great food, service, ambience.
Today I downrate it to two. Food that was once delicious is now just OK. Wrap was dry and had almost no sauce. Cake was dry and tasteless.
Worst of all was the abysmal service. 2 pm on a Sunday, we were one of only two tables in the entire place. Our simple wraps took almost half an hour to get to our table, and after that we hardly saw our server. It took 20 minutes of waiting after we had finished before our server brought our bill, as she was busy chatting with people. Then she vanished again, so after another 15 minutes we just went up and got the manager to ring us up. The bathrooms were also pretty filthy, and the dining area seems run down. My seat was covered in crumbs when we arrived.
I can no longer recommend this place, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here a couple days before lock down, and I must say, for me customer service is so important, alot of restaurants will treat you like a burden for requesting something as simple as a napkin, but my did this exceed my expectations. I came with a friend, and the staff were very kind and friendly. Gavin is doing an amazing job managing the location, and made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff were so wonderful, the food was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to symposium a couple times, but I can honestly say this location is by far one of my favorites. This location ranks, not only in food but in customer service. The staff there are super sweet, kind and very welcoming. Gavin was outstanding, and made our entire experience, He goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. Me and my friends will definitely be coming back once COVID is over, although this isn't close to my house, I'll only be going to this location due to the outstanding customer service. I'm truly grateful for such an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is my go-to for breakfast and Skip the Dishes orders. The service is always top notch and the food is so good - especially the breakfast potatoes. I recently took my son (almost 2) in for breakfast with me and we had a great experience. The staff were so kind to us and accommodating of his food requests.
Don't feel like dining in? This location goes above and beyond with their Skip The Dishes orders too. Everything is always packed well to ensure it arrives in tact, portions are sizable, and the food tastes great. I'll definitely continue visiting and ordering online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away by the freshness and taste of the fish and chips. The batter was seasoned and light and fish just complimented the batter! The coleslaw was light and refreshing - not covered with a creamy sauce. Gav - the manager is absolutely amazing and so attentive to customer needs! This was certainly the BEST fish and chips I’ve had in years! It even beat out local fish and chip shops in Brampton! Amazing!! I will definitely be back. ❤️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tonight for pickup. Chicken Slouvlaki had zero sauce...just dry chicken sitting on rice? yum.
Then the side ceaser with it...no ceaser sauce, and 2 little BUG friends found near the end of the salad after adding our own dressing. Who knows how many bugs were injested...
All of the food has been thrown out. Lost our business; thanks for wasting our time and money! Beware...
