★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this evening and it was horrible. Took 10 minutes of us standing there to be noticed by a lady! The kids here didn’t seem like in a rush as they’re all standing around even though the drive thru was full! Only put 3 stars because the food we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru is always a mess here, but tends to move quickly. However with 12 people working, there’s no excuse that it should take 30 mins standing in line, inside, to order a cup of coffee. I understand drive thru needing to move quickly and efficiently, but having 10 people running drive thru and only 2 running the register for patrons walking inside….. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go into the drive thru here. It will make you late for any plans you have that day, and you'll be trapped and can't even leave. Legit took 20min in this drive thru on two separate occasions, never went again. Ordering from the app and picking up inside helps avoid that problem, but then you can't rely on a drive thru when needed. Food quality is okay, so they get 4 stars. Service could be a little less rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off those 3 stars that i just gave are for the afternoon shift. The students that work there are amazing, friendly, efficient and really try there best. However the morning shift is painfully slow, mean, no counter server whatsoever. i guess $15 an hour is not enough. never ever get my order correct, but when i go in the afternoon its always correct! i only go here for the afternoon shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a satisfactory drive thru, but today at 3:40p.m. I actually sat in my car for 20 minutes! Busiest time of the day and they did not have enough staff. I was late for my appointment. Manager needs to know better than not to have enough staff. The traffic flow here is constant. I was not a happy customer today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy but quick drive thru that can run into the next parking lot. Decent amount of parking. Inside they have a table for mobile orders with extra napkins and straws really nice addition. Bathroom doors can be opened with your foot great for hygiene. Friendly staff. Good baked goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a hot chocolate for the kid and get a cup brown water completely unacceptable… I have been a daily customer here for years but the service at this location has plummeted in the last year and now trying to poison my children with what ever garbage your staff is serving. Good thing I checked the cup before giving it to my child.
