I ordered 3 large and 9 medium pizza's to be delivered for a back yard get together we were hosting. I had requested a 7:30pm delivery time on Friday evening. The pizza were delivered at exactly 7:30pm. The pizza's arrived hot and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and picked up a couple times, the food gets ready very fast and is convenient. The only thing is there is no option to add notes in case you want something specific for your order and if you call they have already started the order by then- not something they can control but perhaps the Pizza Hut company in general so 5 stars for this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this store to ask if they accept gift cards for delivery. I couldn't really understand the person on the phone, really strong accent but that's fine, I asked my question again and now it seemed like the person was bothered or offended, I just got a stern "No" and the guy didn't say anything else, literally before I could say anything he just hung up the phone... spend your money elsewhere to a business that actually cares for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza for pick up at 3:15. I come in at 3:15 behind another customer, little do I know the girl is giving this person my order without asking him for his name or phone number (but wants the same order).
Before she tells me about her mistake, she goes ahead and charges me and then tell me I have to wait for my order.
People make mistakes but I just had a long day at work and a miserable drive home in rush hour traffic only to find out my pregnant wife’s dinner is now also going to be late because my order was handed to someone else without verification. I don’t know how you mess that up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered vegetarian pasta online around 10:00pm. But they gave me chicken pasta. When I called them and ask them they told me that they will give me refund. It’s not matter of $11 it’s matter of vegetarianism. At last, I can will never come back at this location. WORST PLACE I EVER VISITED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Georgetown location for some reason makes there pizza consistently with very little to no pizza sauce!! ... so I tried ordering with extra sauce and they just put less cheese on it !! .. I dont get it ..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here years ago when it frist opened not what I expected. My family order 2 XL pizzas for a good price, when we had it, it was not even cooked or done it tasted cold and bland. we were not satisfied.
Never coming back here again!
