Pizzaiolo - The Pizza Maker's Pizza

Friday night ordered 6 pizzas worth $105. Told 30 to 35 min, okay no problem. Come back 35 min later then told waiting for 1 pie. Wait another 15 min and my order is fi ally ready. They pull 5 pizzas out of a delivery bag and 1 that's fresh from oven. I ask what is this cold pizza ? No response open the box in the store touch the pizza and its luke warm at best, again I ask why do I get cold pizza ? No response from the staff. Horrible experience and the pizza is just over priced little ceasers at best. Oh and the veggies were old and dried out. Never going back.

Picked up a veggie pizza from here for the first time yesterday evening. Amazing service! Great tasting pizza! Not cheap on veggies! If you haven’t been here, it’s a must try!

First time ordering for Father’s Day. Custom pizza. Was perfect! Ready in 20 minutes and was very good. Won’t be the last time I order here. pep (tiny cup), bacon, onion, green pepper, green olive

Don't pay ahead of time. Driver will just leave pizza outside in -10C weather for the pizza to get cold. "SMART" NICE COLD PIZZA----One of the pizzas that we ordered had no ingrediants on the outer edge of the pizza. Half the pizza was baked bread. Terrible experience. We gave them 2 hrs to make it well. That didn't help.

NEVER REACHED OUT WHEN I EMAILED. I want to like this place, but we’ve found it a bit inconsistent. The first time my little daughter had trouble getting through the crust, this last time she couldn’t at all. Anything is better then conveyer belt pizza but I think the pizza needs a bit less time in the oven.

Amazing staff at this place! There was an error in my order and I accidentally ordered 2 and the manager (I think) let me keep the second one. Also best gluten free pizza I’ve probably ever had!!! Coming here for all my pizzas

**They comment on my review saying to contact their customer service email but never replied… what a joke ? Horrid experience this past weekend… First off, I ordered 3 hours in advance for the pizza to come at 6:30PM for a dinner, and the pizza arrived at 30 minutes early and was ice cold. This wasn’t the end of the world since I could just reheat it in the oven, right? When I opened the box, it looked like both my pizzas were dropped. Pizza was folded and mushed all together as you can see in the picture. I was wondering why the delivery person placed the pizza on the rainy floor on my doorstep and drove off before I could even answer the door. Will not being ordering from here again, nor will I be recommending to anyone.

UPDATE: Called on Sunday, was told that the owner Tony was not in that day- called at 3pm was told the owner would be in until 4:30pm that day. I was deceived by the information Sara the supervisor gave us. Contacted customer care and also Instagram... no one wants to acknowledge Tony's location. Would not recommend this place to anyone $19 for a small gluten free pizza, pizza looked awful and served with attitude. Ordered Jan 21st 2022. Called upon realizing the poor quality of pizza- undercooked and not even spread of cheese. spoke to someone who said they can't give a refund asked to speak to a manager instead i got Sara who initially was aggressive with me for asking for a refund I explained the reasons. That was the first mistake of this places are, Sara seriously needs to be trained on how to speak to paying customers. Sara consistently was rude and created a hostile environment. What could have been a simple resolution has now left me speechless at this company for hiring and training someone so disrespectful. Sara told me that no one can give me a refund that it's not possible..."the money is already in the system, we can't give you your money back, it's impossible." How can someone seriously refuse to give you their money back for not even eating it. I asked who can give a refund she said no one. I asked who the manager was Tony Dibati (Sara's spelling) and she was insistent that he would also say that it's impossible to give me a refund. Sara said that Sunday at 10am Tony will be in. How ridiculous this all is for attitude of a simple refund. Pizzaiolo Mississauga has never done this, it's unfortunate that this location is hiring some poor attitude workers.
