★ ★ ★ ★ ★ order a specialty pizza and to say the least it didnt have the supersatta that I requested even though the operater insisted they will oblidge . Well after picking up my own small 4 slice 15 dollar pizza it didnt have the supersatta that I wanted . Manager said deal with it no refunnd or exchange and to boot with an attitude. He advised I call the main number to log a complaint ....really thats they way to deal with it ...so I follwed his advice and I was remebursed full amount but all I can say is never again will I visit this location . Im sure hes happy eith that .I have never dealt with this issue at any other Pizza Nova's locations ..buddy you need customer service 101 again or get out of the business .....this doesnt desrveeven a 1 star .....people be ware it can happen to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute GARBAGE!!! First time I had a party size and the dough tasted like old flaky cardboard that was frozen and thawed many times….. today I tried a large and same dough issues. My dog didn’t even want a slice. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! We ordered our pizza at 11:00 pm, and at 12:30 we were informed it was cold and dropped at the wrong doorstep!!! So we got a refund and they said they’d re-deliver it free of charge. And it’s now 2 am, it’s closed, and we’ve waited 3 hours for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 different pizza. I used to remember that Pizza Nova was always good. All three were very salty. Primavera had marinated zucchini or something which was very sour. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Props for friendly service, clean washrooms and average wait time but ... you can see so much crust on some slices (lack of sauce or at least not spread out) and the pepperoni topping is a bit lacking on some areas.
And the cutting.. hmm. Never seen that before lol.
Anyway it's not like they really have to improve due to lack of competitor in smaller towns/not wanting to trek to Btown. Ah well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the Pizza Nova chain as a whole and have been to many locations including this one several times. The employee that was working tonight was completely unprofessional and got upset when asked to switch the dipping sauce on a pick up order. This guy was out of uniform wearing nike sweats and clearly didn't care to be working this night. I'm not sure how you can lose a customer on a pick up order but this guy managed to achieve this accomplishment. The Panzerotti I ordered was also lacking but that could have been overlooked if that was the only problem. I will no longer be returning to this location and I hope this employee gets some form of customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly don’t order well done the whole botton of our party size was all this way! After much complaining offered a free pizza. It has been 50/50 on quality of order here lately. Pretty sure this is checked before boxed??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and bought a medium Pizza from this location with double cheese double pepperoni mushroom and onions. $19.88! Where is the cheese where is the pepperoni? I asked and they said that that was double cheese double pepperoni. Will not come back or ever recommend this location
