T	Tristen Lachapelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via UberEats - Every sub was wrong, there was no cheese on any of them, paid for double meat and didn’t receive it, wrong sauces & sauces where they weren’t ordered, very little veggies added. They did however use the right bread. Do yourself a favour and go to a different subway

Not only is this place extremely unclean and staff are not following proper food handling procedure. I was in there and they made me stand and wait while they skyped someone on their tablet. The gross part was they had the tablet right where all the food is kept, God only knows what's touched that tablet.

I still return week after week but it’s getting super annoying. No idea what their saying and it seems they have a hard time understanding me. Never a pleasant experience.

Worker tells me they only have flatbread left and after I reluctantly order and pay for 2 flatbread sandwiches, the lady after me speaks a different language and out comes the regular bread. I question him and he tells me he only had one left. I ask him about all the other bread that I now see behind him and he says those are for online orders only. Now that I look back at other reviews, it is clear I’m not the only one who doesn’t fit their preferred customer profile.

Wasn't till I spoke up about serving us that they came back to help us. If you run a restaurant and want to use these services fine but hire enough staff so us waiting in line can get a Sub in less than a half hour. The worst managed place I've ever seen.
T	Tegan Pritchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most disgusting subway I've ever been too, there was sauce in the cheese pan, meat in the shredded cheese, I was served a sub bread that was smashed and torn and gloves were not changed between anything, everything looked dirty, it was just absolutely disgusting

My order wasn’t ready, the staff ignored me for about 10 mins. It was busy. Another customer returned saying they gave him the wrong sandwich., the sandwich artist pulled a sub out of the bag on the counter opened it realized it was his sub, wrapped it back up and handed it to him. Took the sub that that was brought back and placed it into the bag and tried to hand it to me as my completed order. I made them remake the entire order as they couldn’t tell me which one was returned, nearly no toppings on the subs, guessing they were not happy about redoing the order. I definitely won’t be returning to this location ever again.

I got a 6" sweet onion chicken teriyaki and it was quite delicious. So good that I actually craved a sandwich a couple of days later. Unfortunately I couldn't get to Subway because my car was in the shop so I had to make my own at home.
