★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed behaviour of staff at drive thru.. i didn’t even complete the order and girl at drive thru said drive up without even listening .. when i reached at window to pay she and other girl start laughing ….. i am never going to come at A&W.. Management should teach their staff to behave properly with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst A&W. Not once have they got our order right and they never season fries or onion rings. Messaged A&W and was offered a free meal here. We made sure to ask for extra salt and they still put none on. Always asked to park and wait even when nobody is there. They take forever to complete orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in the drive thru was pleasant but slow, had to wait 6 mins, but the fries were cold? Weird right?! I hadn't been to A&W in years, can't say I'll rush back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looked dirty. They had chairs lined up against the wall and there are tables that are normally there but they are missing now. The bathroom is just as dirty as I remembered it 2 years ago before covid. This place needs to be bulldozed. On the up side the fries were fresh and hot and the chicken burger was good. This place is definitely a hole in the wall and that's not a good thing. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Definitely not a place to return to after covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are rude. Drive thru never tell you how much your order is until you are literally at the puck up window. You are constantly asked to park and wait. Staff cannot understand simple requests (as in no pickles) and food constantly looks like it has been literally thrown together. Real sad example of what a and w claims to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me first state I love A &W . I went for breakfast today and was eating in. When I was looking for a table they were all filthy so I used my clorox wipe and cleaned a table. I showed the wipe to the ladyb who brought my food and told her she needs to have someone clean all the tables. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away at no time during my meal did anyone wipe the tables Gross Gross Gross I will not eat there again. COVID PEOPLE - CLEAN

There are customers in the drive thru.
Nobody in the store.
Been waiting outside now for 14 min.
All I ordered was 2 burgers.
Staff is very friendly. Just slow as heck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in film and from time to time we need to place last minute orders for large amounts of food. This A&W has proven to be film friendly and had no issues completing my large order in a very timely manor! Thank you for everything and you can bet I'll be calling again!
