TL/DR - If you have an extra millennia to burn, don't need value for your money and would like to try their 'food cooled down for you while you wait service,' eat here. Only visit here if you have all the time in the world (service moves at a speed somewhere between glaciation and continental drift...) and you don't need the staff to actually know what they serve on the menu. After a 40 minute wait, the food was stone-cold - I've actually found warmer fries under the seats of my car while doing an annual spring cleaning. You will also note that their $17.00 burger has patties that are around 3 inches across. And skip the 'french onion soup' - it's basically a bouillon cube dissolved in tepid water with some raw onions chopped up for 'flavor.' I never thought I would ever say this, but the McDonald's just west of this place is probably better value for your money - and they serve warm food there.

Food was great or else I would have given one star. It took us over an hour to get our food. Apparently there were only two people working in the kitchen. Firstly maybe hire more people. Second I can relate to being short staffed. I am constantly getting overtime do to being short staffed. The difference is stuff will get dropped if we don't have the staff to cover it. So maybe close for takeout, skip the dishes, etc. since your customers in the restaurant should be your priority (they are buying drinks and tipping your wait staff so seems like a no brainer to me). We kept seeing massive takeout orders going while we were waiting for our dinner. Very frustrating. There were two waitresses. One was really good. Unfortunately we did not get her. Ours was severely unorganized. Not her fault the kitchen was understaffed but if she had been more efficient it might have sped up the process a bit. Her excuse was her shift ended at 5 and it was 7 (she started at 11). So she had a six hour shift and now was doing eight hours. I hate to break it to you but in the real world an eight hour shift is my normal shift and with the overtime because of staff shortages I have often been doing 12 hour shifts or more. So not really an excuse. We asked for a discount for this horrible service. We got a free desert. We would not have even received that if we had not asked, plus I think we should received more for the lack of service. Very frustrating experience.

I've never left a review this low before, but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. The hostess and servers are barely present, consistently forget requests to fill up drinks, and have you waiting for a long amount of time. I would say I am a very patient person, but it is absolutely ridiculous to keep your guests waiting for long periods of time when I can very much see that you can joke and laugh to your colleagues. If it wasn't for the food (really great by the way), this review would be one star.

We had coming here with our kids for last five years, their food and service use to be so good but after the covid their food and service got so bad. The last two times we dined in got cold food, firstly no one came to take our order I had to go to the front desk and ask them to take our order. They were not even busy and still brought our food after half an hour which was cold, when we complained they took the food back and preheated the same food and gave us. We asked for the manager and the manager never came instead the host offered us one free food item, we didn't go to eat free food. Never coming back here again.

I went with my family and we had a great time. Our serve was new and did a great job getting our order right and also providing us with further options. He was pleasant and included our kids when speaking to us. In all a good experience. Also, the atmosphere was clean and spaced out.

Ordered ribs...only got ribs. No fries or any other sides offered. Expected fries or at least communicate your options (phone order for pickup). The girl over the phone seemed clueless. Train your staff and hopefully you can read this so others don't have the same lousy experience. I know restaurants are struggling but at $25.99, a side doesn't hurt your food cost but it does impact your repeat business. Cheers.

Went there for lunch and I was blown away with the customer service. Had a server named Sammy and my god she was amazing. Friendly, polite, and always checked up on us! I think her service was far better than the food that they had to offer. Just absolutely made our day how dedicated she was to the job. We've been to a lot of restaurants/bars and never ran into such an amazing server. Would definitely recommend this Boston Pizza only for her service! Check this place out and ask for Sammy..you won't be disappointed!

Food was really good and server (Samantha) was amazing. Really professional and friendly service. By far one of the best experience in any Boston Pizza. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
