β β β β β Had exactly what I needed. I went to four other Canadian Tires that showed stock available online but didnβt have it. This one was stocked up and had many different products unavailable in some of the branches in Brampton and Mississauga. Self checkout made the process even easier.

β β β β β Best place to visit if you looking specially for seasonal stuff like gazebo, outdoor furniture and lot of things. I love this place and the service is too good.Staff was so helpful. Special thanks to Olivia who helped us lot from selection of stuff to delivery.

β β β β β I'm a big CT fan. Get your points card or their MC. You actually get to see the money you saved and you can put it to great use. I said it once and I'll say it again, staff is kind and knowledgeable and will go out their way for you.

β β β β β Last oil change in April was OK, but I don't see anything else was checked, like fluids, brakes and suspension. Only on a paper that I got. I specifically asked for it at the counter and the lady said they're always checking and filling up. Coolant fluid is just above min. like it was before. I forgot to ask how did they check brakes without taking wheels off. I am not coming back there to be lied straight in my face.

β β β β β I came into the Georgetown location yesterday mid afternoon with my partner and was turned away by a girl (didnβt get her name) at the entrance for not wearing a mask. I have a mask exemption, I explained to her Iβm exempt. She said itβs private property and the do not honour exemptions under any circumstances and I must leave. I explained I am unable to wear a mask (my partner was wearing his mask) and I wanted to pick up a few things. She told me to leave if Iβm not going to put on the mask she was trying to hand me. I told her it was ridiculous and wrong for refusing me entry to shop, she ignored me and instead was laughing under her mask, very condescending and unprofessional. My partner is at this location every week for work supplyβs as it is just down the street from our house, needless to say he will not be returning to the Georgetown location.
We were caught so off guard as this is the first time a business has denied me entry for not wearing a mask. This was a humiliating experience that I never want to go through again and made me feel like a second class citizen. Do NOT give this location your business instead go to the Brampton location where they will welcome you and honour your exemption as they should be and following the city by-laws. Itβs too bad as this location is so close by, but after our experience yesterday we will not be back and we will be telling all our relatives and friends about our experience and to shop elsewhere. Get it together Georgetown, what youβre doing is WRONG.

β β β β β I went in to get a replacement leg for a chair from a patio set I recently purchased. One of the legs was defective. The customer service person was delightful and helped me out instantly by calling the patio area supervisor. She was also amazing and switched the defective leg out for a floor model, just like that. I was so pleased that there was no hassle. Absolutely amazing customer service. I wish I had gotten their names to give them the credit they deserve, but the fact it was such a hassle-free experience has made my day. Thank you for having such great employees, and thank you to the two amazing people this evening that made this situation so simple. You are awesome!
