★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest making the trip to the other A&W in town. I've visited here twice - once I got food poisoning and the other had an incorrect order that tasted like it was made hours ago. The other location has a full kitchen while this location is literally working out of a tiny room in the back of a gas station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halfway through my second buddy burger I realized that there was mold on the bun and now I feel disgusting. First time I’ve ever seen something like this before. Very disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *update* the owner for this location called me and offered me a free meal also was very apologetic for the lack of service at 4 am!
Says open 24/7 but when I went at 4:10 am I was refused service to place any order other than JUST coffee! Not impressed as I passed an A&W in Mississauga to support my local Georgetown location and this is what I got so needless to say I will NEVER be doing that again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small drink now comes in what used to be a children’s cup but costs almost $3. The root beer was watered down and tasted like a diet drink. They don’t give ketchup or napkins at the drive thru unless you ask. Burgers have mysteriously shrunk in size, yet, the prices have gone up. Is this the kind of service we are to expect now? I don’t see why customers should have to tolerate this.
