★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed with food and service. First time customer, ordered the smoke meat sub, meat was so tough could barely make it through the first half. Asked to make me a different replacement sub of different kind to which they did (only one half), unapologetically and reluctantly. Probably not a repeat customer.

Plus having a free sub on my Name of the Day was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down my new favorite sub place. Blows subway out of the park. Huge portions of great quality meat, fresh toppings, buns that actually taste like bread. I've already had 3 different subs since I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and loved all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the cashier was really nice, there seemed to be a quality issue with what I ordered. One of the meatballs was either burnt or old. Not really sure which. All I know is that it didn't taste good. I ended up spitting out the piece I bit in to and then saw the other half of the meatball and realized that's what I was tasting. Huge letdown as I've ordered from many Firehouse Subs locations in the past and this has been the first issue I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pepperoni Meatball Sub is the only way to go, never dissapoints and is always delicious. I get it made with onions in it as well, give it a shot you won't regret it!
