★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Villa Madina and Thai Express. It's small and does get busy during lunch. This used to be a 4 star place but today I noticed all new employees which has impacted service and quality. Their garlic sauce is egg free and their garlic potatoes are great. My falafel wrap was ok. Lady making my wrap kept talking to a co-worker so I had to repeat 3 times the toppings I wanted. As soon as she put the sandwich in the press to be warmed the guy cashing people out took it off. People ahead of me didn't seem to happy as well as one came back for sauces they didn't get. Pretty disorganized taking orders. I would recommend Lazeez which isn't too far away however it does get busier than this place.
I haven't gotten a plate from here in a long time but looking at what other people got the portion looks really small for the price. You get it on a small disposable plate or a take out container that is a lot smaller than Lazeez. Can't remember pricing exactly but it did seem to be a bit more expensive than Lazeez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two falafel wraps over Uber eats and was surprised at the quality due to the reviews. Thankfully, the ingredients were fresh and the sauce coverage was perfect. My only wish is for the wrap to be grilled a bit more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful! The portions are terrible and I asked for Greek salad and got garden salad instead. Don't waste your time or money on this place. What an absolute disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only employee that has made my falafel wraps and that I’ve encountered is eager to please the customer. They have good options for their toppings. Pickled chillis aren’t spicy and are flavourful. If you’re looking for heat you won’t find it at Villa Madina.
What I had was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here isn’t bad. My issue, the consistency. One day you get a big meal and the next it’s just rice and a piece of chicken. The person in front of you gets a good portion and you get left upset.

I ordered a beef shawarma and I could barely find the meat because of all of the parsley in it. Three mouthfuls of parsley later, I found a layer of meat which felt like it had already been chewed up. Four more mouthfuls of parsley later, I found the paper to be completely welded to the bread of the shawarma. It got soggy within two minutes of it being served.
