Y	Yashika Nagar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from this Tim hortons everyday since it is 2 mins from my office. Till day these people have never delivered their order properly. Drinks are always spilling, missing items etc. If anyone orders from them please ensure you check your orders. I have even served me chai tea without tea bag. After today never ever going back to this one. I ended up paying extra for food and they forget to put it in bag.

The sandwiches are slapped together, wraps are all sauce and no meat, and my coffee is always cold. They keep yelling through the microphone even though you can't possibly speak into the microphone if the car in front of you is blocking it. ??? Terrible!

This place always remains busy though hectic schedule their employees never talk rudely with customers and always try to give good service. Secondly, whenever you visit you'll get everything fresh and place is really neat and clean. In this pandemic, they always maintain place hygiene and cleanliness.

When I asked the manager, she said that people have licence and she couldn't address that situation. I'm pretty sure she needs to go for a training because everybody in Canada knows what a GUIDE DOGS IS. As it stands, Canada does not allow dogs or other pets in any establishment where food is prepared or served, meaning that dogs can't accompany their owners into restaurants or patios where food is actively served.

I love to try all the specialty donuts when they're first introduced. Today, I decided to try the Boston Cream donut now that it's supposed to have extra filling. I thought it felt light in weight. I decided to cut it open & NOTHING, at all!!! This isn't the first time which is why I'm sending this review. When I called to complain, a woman answed the phone and just said "hello". I wasn't even sure if I was calling the right place! I was then passed off to another woman who gave me attitude & wouldn't even give me her name! I was told to call on Monday, after 8am. Unbelievably bad customer service, poor quality products and on occasion, I get someone else's order I'll be going to another location. Quality & service has drastically gone down.

The person taking the order did not understand how to pay with Tim Hortons points, so I wound up paying cash. It also took four attempts to place our order and we had to keep correcting it. In the end it was still wrong and wound up with with an up-charged candy cane white chocolate that was undrinkable.
