B	Benjamin Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only ever ordered from this Swiss Chalet over the phone for pick up, Whenever I've called they always put me on hold for a really long time before taking my order... I'm not sure why. They're also always out of side dishes like mashed potatoes and more. I think each time I've called it's been the same girl I've talked to. She's always extremely rude and will hang up on me mid sentence. When I do come to pick up my order, there's always several employees in the back huddled together talking and laughing while there's a line of customers waiting to order.

The service is consistent, fast and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff turnover is low so if you're a regular like me it's nice to see the same friendly faces.....Highly recommended for easy family style meals. Mira & Emily are wonderful servers in house Thalia & Mera always greet me with a smiling face!

This location we’ve visited truly deserve a five-star rating, from the food and drinks we’ve ordered, to the service we’ve received, from the atmosphere of the restaurant, to the cleanliness. We’ve had such a great time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was patient and friendly and also extremely helpful!! Excellent customer service skills, great job guys!!

Sara has been brilliant in terms of customer service and has always been accommodating. The food has always been solid with no complaints. Thank you Sara for making our weekly dinners incredible.

Some spring rolls which I love I could probably just eat those! Our main we had ordered the half chicken dinner. It did not disappoint.I will recommend to my other friends too.
