★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in July for the Groupon deal for my daughter and I to get our eyelashes done for a vacation. At that time, we also prepaid an additional $45 each ($90 in total) for a refill as we expected we would need when we returned from vacation. We did not go back immediately, however, I just called (November) to inquire about the $90 I paid. I was told that since I didn't come back for a refill, each of us have only have a $20 credit towards service. So because I didn't come back within a specific timeframe (no loss to their scheduling as I never booked and didn't show or no materials used) I lost $50.
I would have given a 4 as my daughter's lashes lasted through the vacation. I was calling again to get her lashes done and use my $90. But because mine were gone after one dip in the sea and I'm losing $50 it's down to a 1.
Not again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few different treatments done there. The staff (Sharmela, Maria, and Jackie) are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Before each treatment, they would go through the process thoroughly so you would feel 100% comfortable and know what to anticipate. They would also give valuable advices on how to maintain the best results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done the venus legacy body contouring treatment for cellulite reduction on my legs and skin tightening on my stomach as well as laser hair removal on my full legs. I am very pleased with the results for all three treatments, after one session of laser I was already seeing a big difference in hair growth. Maria and Sharmela are very kind and accommodating, and they always make me feel very comfortable everytime. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for quality service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 150 dollars wasted. Experience of first time lash lift was not great. During beginning of treatment esthetician didn’t provide privacy or education on the treatment. She left the treatment room door wide open and got started Lashes looked the same as before treatment and I was told I wasn’t a candidate for lash lift after the lash lift. I couldn’t tell how it looked at first because my contacts were burning in pain from the procedure.
I regret I didn’t complain more in person. I have very bad eyesight.
Customer service for lashes leaves much to be desired in customer education and common niceties. They did not provide a nice experience
I spoke to the manager the next day who was good at explaining lash lifts. She provided an apology. I wouldn’t go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this place is top notch. From the decor all the way down to the flexibility of the staff to accommodate appointments.
My go to person is Sharmala who is the best in the business as far as I am concerned. Her knowledge of procedures, products and skin itself (which is an organ that we often don’t recognize as such) speaks for itself.
I highly, highly recommend her and Pulse for any treatment you wish to have done. You will become an extremely satisfied client as I am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by Sharmela. She was thorough with her explanations and patient with the treatments so it didn't ever feel rushed. She made me look forward to my visits. I would definitely continue going because of her.
However, I think they can improve how and who books appointments for the clients. There isn't always someone to take calls and call backs are not consistent. The usual person that takes calls isn't that friendly. So maybe improving the process will help!

I was very impressed with the how she proceeded to make me welcome and also take the time to explain the process to me and what to expect during and after my session. She also took time to listen to my skin concerns especially because of my acne prone skin and having extremely sensitive skin , I'm prone to breakouts and scarring, she recommended products that would benefit my skin type. Overall I had a good appointment and will definitely be going back for a couple more sessions to help improve my scarring and skin texture
