★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this Turtle Jack’s and won’t be the last. Our server Jordan was immensely polite, personable and made our overall experience an outstanding one. The food was fantastic. I had the Basa Fish Tacos with the Arugula & Quinoa salad (highly recommended) while wifey had the chicken strips and fries. She didn’t like her drink so Jordan swapped it out without hesitation. I also LOVE the cozy decor inside, reminds me of Muskoka. Great experience; looking forward to coming again :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the first time with a friend last week and the place was nice. I could be wrong but I believe the bathrooms are unisex because we didn’t see a separate male and female bathroom (not that it mattered to us but it may matter to some people). We decided to sit by the bar area booth because there weren’t any booths left in the dining room area for us to sit.
At first, it did take a long time for a server to come up to us but the server we had (Ally) was nice. We ordered a bruschetta to start, and it was soggy. We were just hungry so we didn’t complain. My friend ordered the burger which was great, but I had ordered the chicken tacos with sweet potato fries. My fries were warm but when I bit into the taco, the chicken was cold. It wasn’t very pleasant but I did speak to the manager and they replaced my meal very fast.
I was going to give this place a 3 star but the customer service was great from our server and manager who had apologized immensely and that’s what would make a customer return again. I don’t think I would order what I did from there again, but if I do return I think I should stick to the old school classics such as wings etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I celebrated my birthday here and the food was amazing and so was the staff. The presentation of the food was very good, I never seen anything like this before. Everyone should visit this place at least once in their life time. 10/10. I would come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't a big fan of turtle jacks before but this dinner changed my mind. Everything was great and our waitress was so nice. Their drinks are on point, so are their desserts. The salmon and the Bassa were amazing - spicy. Really good for big families get togethers, especially since parking lot is pretty massive. Inside is all new. Bathroom is not separated it's shared, it is kind of small for how large the restaurant is. Unless there are multiple? Anyway still a great Dining experience! ?

I got the Nashville chicken wings and they were done perfectly! The servers came along adequately and provided good service. It’s my go to spot for lunch meetings in the area! Check them out
