g	geo nis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst. They want a parent to wait until month end when I call on the 1st of the month for a phone call appointment. When asked how can I wait until a month when clearly Tele health asked and a pediatrician asked me to meet the doctor in person. They ask me to come in person to register my child's name to get a phone appointment. This is the worst clinic.
V	Valerie Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in for walk at 9 am, and they said call back at 3pm as they cannot pre book. I called every 30 seconds to a minute from 2:56 pm to 3:22 pm. They finally picked up at 3:22 pm and said that they were fully booked. It’s ridiculous.

She always seems to be in a snobby mood, always in a rush to get u out of her office, doesnt seem to throughly try to understand ur medical needs, uses google to find answers and has no patience w ppl who have a hard time speaking english properly. Doctors like this should have NO place in a family practice clinic.
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am appalled to write this review. This is for poor organizing skills of front desk staff who manages the appointments through call. Management must be aware of it, seems they don't want to train the staff or they also might have fed up off the reception/ front desk staff or simply they don't care. Any time you call for an appointment, they have a very reason to put you on hold for atleast on average 7 minutes by saying; could you hold for a moment(sometimes 15 mins), and then never going to return your call and just disconnect the call on hold. And once you got a chance to speak, they deny that they ever disconnected the call, at the end you are not going to have an appointment with your doctor, because all appointments are already booked. Very Unprofessional. A simple resolution to this chaos I would suggest, dedicate a staff for phone service when you have allotted a specific time to book walk-in appointments over phone. Just devote your time to answer the phone and get rid off that phone queue. It just takes 15-20 mins to finish the calls as per the speed of patients booked at your location. You have rest of the day to do your pending task; rather putting patients on hold.

No professionalism.You just keep on calling and no appointments. I just don't understand why they take new patients when they can't even provide appointments to the current patients. Someone needs to file a complaint with the government about how they are operating. You book an appointment in advance then wait their for 3-4 hours then they attend you just for 5 mins and done. My medication is over from months I am not able to get an appointment and when you go for walk-in you just end up waiting for 5-6 hours. Horrible customer service at his clinic. I am putting request to change a clinic. What a waste of time and money!! They don't care whether you have medications or not. How inhuman!!

I called 3:04 and lady put me on hold till 3:14 and tells me that doctor who is doing walking starting 3 pm is fully booked :/ what is this. Not acceptable service I need to speak to who is in-charge of this walk-in clinic. I am not happy with your services
